I studied fine arts at the Rhode Island School of Design, and supplemented that education several years later with formal training in web and interactive design.
My career has crossed industries as varied as fashion, music, restaurants, mapping, and technical illustration. I’ve published a literary magazine, and even run my own boutique.
Currently, my focus is on art direction, production, video, and marketing. I’ve lived in New York, London, Dublin and Berlin, and worked for a wide range of employers including start-ups, mid size design houses, and corporations.
I’m a proficient digital and print designer with fluency in the Adobe Suite. I have experience ranging from packaging and branding to apparel and textiles, posters and infographics to websites and promotional materials.
On the motion side I conceptualize, storyboard, cast, direct, and edit video content for web and social. I run photo shoots both in studio and on site, organizing crews and staying true to plan.
As a digital marketer, I specialize in telling unified stories across web sites, campaigns, video and photographic collateral, social media content, e-mails, and copy.
In recent years I have held dual design and management roles. When I’m not designing, I spend my time on strategy and operations, hiring talent, budget ownership, and business development.
I’m also an excellent project manager who regularly produces runway shows, pop-up shops, events, and exhibitions. At times I’ve even directed the production of custom furniture and shop fixture programs.
I regularly work with domestic and international partners and oversee teams of designers and marketers.
